The Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics of our events. As the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams, you'll be responsible for coordinating branding orders, managing van bookings, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all logistics for our events, acting as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams
  • Manage a steady flow of email correspondence, providing clients with all the information they need
  • Coordinate branding orders, manage van bookings, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each event
  • Handle the logistics for our international events
  • Offer operational insights during the pre-booking stage
  • Focus on reviewing and improving our processes
  • Stay organized with task lists and calendar management
  • Occasionally develop and test bespoke flavors to meet specific client requests

About You:

We're looking for a skilled Logistics Manager with solid experience in logistics management, preferably within the events industry. You'll need to be super organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience with international logistics and documentation is a plus, as is proficiency with Photoshop and InDesign.
