Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Implementer to become a vital part of our digital transformation initiative at Barchester Healthcare. This role is essential as we enhance our operational capabilities across our extensive network of care homes and hospitals throughout the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the deployment of our new CRM system (Salesforce) across various services.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and care facilities to maximize the system's effectiveness and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Support and coach staff members who have recently undergone training on the new system.
  • Engage with stakeholders and external partners to ensure project alignment with organizational needs.
  • Assess project activities and progress, identifying areas for enhancement and recommending training solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs related to digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles.
  • Experience in guiding individuals in system usage.
  • Proficiency in managing inquiries and change processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Quick to adapt to new IT systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
