Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Blackburn. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of design and build projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Main Contracts, including project control information, change management, and cash collection.
  • Manage Subcontract Agreements, ensuring best practices are adopted and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide advisory services on standard forms of agreement, including JCT, NEC, and ICE.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on variances.
  • Value changes and ensure accurate project control information.
Requirements:
  • Experience with JCT, NEC, and ICE standard forms of agreement.
  • Extensive experience as a site Senior QS with a main contractor or similar organization.
  • Successful financial delivery in a challenging contracting environment.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with environmental health and safety procedures.
