Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a portfolio of design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of Main Contracts, including project control information, change management, and cash collection.
  • Administration of Subcontract Agreements, ensuring best practices are adopted and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing advisory services on various standard forms of agreement, including FIDIC, JCT, NEC, and ICE.
  • Assisting in the development and responsibility for procurement and negotiation of all Subcontracts.
  • Working with the Project Manager to identify early warnings within the Subcontract environment.
  • Assisting in the administration of Instructions and the like.
  • Preparing accurate project control information to evaluate progress against the agreed construction programme.
Requirements:
  • Graduate calibre with experience in business processes and a hands-on approach.
  • Experience in quantifying works in accordance with Standard Measurement Rules.
  • Experience in the administration of contracts in both client and subcontract environments.
  • Ability to influence and manage confrontational and difficult situations in a professional manner.
