Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at Vital Energi Utilities Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vet contract documentation to ensure compatibility with company tender and subsequent negotiations
  • Produce Commercial Risk Register for each contract and monitor risk
  • Prepare and issue enquiries for Major Plant & Equipment and Sub-Contract packages
  • Measure, submit and agree Variations, Loss & Expense and/or Compensation Events in accordance with contractual provisions
  • Authorise and code Suppliers' and Sub-Contractors' Invoices and submit to Finance for payment
  • Measure, certify and agree Sub-Contractors' interim valuations and final accounts
Requirements:
  • Successful construction portfolio
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent commercially related discipline
  • Knowledge and working experience of Mechanical / Electrical services and/or utilities
  • Commercial awareness and acumen
