Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality service to our residents, which includes organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and managing contractors. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring the safety and security of the development, and providing a first-class service to our residents.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted and go-to person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a professional, award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the development
* Organize activities and events
* Coordinate maintenance and manage contractors
* Maintain the property and ensure safety and security
* Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
Requirements:
* Passion for excellent customer service
* Experience in administration and customer service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health and social care sectors
