Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager, including managing the maintenance of the property and administering the office
  • Manage the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when required" basis at retirement developments within a reasonable travelling distance of your location
  • Administer the office, arrange contractors to maintain the building, and comply with health and safety checks and standards
  • Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings
  • Liaise with a range of departments and external contacts to ensure a seamless service to our residents
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with experience of using Outlook
