Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Forensic Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care to patients in our Forensic Inpatient Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical and managerial leadership of the ward, ensuring effective governance and high-performance standards are in place.
- Provide leadership to nurses and ensure adherence to all organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of local, trust, specialist, and national policies.
- Utilise clinical supervision to reflect upon and modify own and others' practice.
- Ensure that own practice and that of junior staff remains within legal, ethical, and professional parameters.
Requirements:
- Good clinical skills and experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to work closely with other disciplines to deliver high-quality care to patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate a deliverable vision for the ward.
