About the Role

Penspen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their exceptional Engineering and Project Management team in the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of engineering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Responsible for project performance, including project expenditure, revenue forecasts, and cash flow targets within project schedules.
  • Define resource requirements of projects in liaison with engineering managers.
  • Monitor progress of project scope and accurately report progress to key stakeholders and escalate any risks and issues.
  • Ensure technical consistency and quality is achieved throughout the project.
  • Able to lead the engineering proposal development, including development of execution plans, organisational and subcontractor requirements, project schedules, and CTRs.
  • Oversee all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security requirements across projects.
Requirements
  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Chartered status desirable.
  • Professional registration with PMP/APMP, etc. desirable.
  • Detailed experience of delivering engineering projects on time and on budget in the Oil, Gas, and Energy Transition Industry.
  • Experience of all phases within a project.
  • Experience in developing and winning proposals.
  • High-level computer literacy with MS Office.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
