Job Introduction

We're seeking a highly skilled Spa Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at the award-winning Spa at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care and overseeing the smooth operation of the spa reception desk.

This role involves duty management shifts, guest relations, and managing feedback. The spa is open seven days a week, so flexibility is essential. You'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless guest journey throughout the spa, from arrival to departure.
  • Motivate and inspire the spa reception team through training and coaching.
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-presented front-of-house environment.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient spa operations, including SOPs, health and safety, and IT systems.
  • Upsell retail and treatments to maximize revenue capture.
  • Manage duty shifts and ensure seamless coverage.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and possess strong organizational skills.
  • You'll have industry-relevant qualifications, including a degree, HND, or Advanced GNVQ.
  • You'll have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment, with experience in training and development, systems and processes, IT skills, financial acumen, guest services, and health and safety management.
  • You'll be a team player, flexible, and enthusiastic about the profession.
  • You'll be eligible to work in the UK.
