We are seeking a skilled Spa Shift Engineer to join our team at Exclusive Collection. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on Spa plant rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety and statutory requirements are met, and records are kept up to date.
  • Service and maintain plant and controls within the Spa to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members within the department.
  • Support the department with projects and tasks as required.
  • Build relationships with external contractors to ensure smooth servicing and maintenance of plant.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Hotel or Spa maintenance team.
  • Recognised qualification in Pool Plant Operator certificate.
  • IOSH Managing Safety and PWTAG qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Great organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to work productively in an ever-changing environment.
  • Flexible and able to work call-out cover.
