Aftersales Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at a leading national commercial vehicle sales company. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our aftersales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of aftersales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales, service, and parts operations.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role in the motor industry, with a strong track record of leadership and business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle sales, service, and parts operations, including workshop management and business administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
