Aftersales Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial vehicle sales company, you will be responsible for leading our aftersales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of aftersales professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and aftersales operations.
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role in the motor industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle sales and aftersales operations, including workshop management and business administration.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
