Aftersales Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at a leading national commercial vehicle sales company. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our aftersales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of aftersales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and 1-1s with staff and sites to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role in the motor industry, with a strong track record of leadership and business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle sales, service, and maintenance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
