Talent Acquisition Role

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as the representative of AVOMIND for prospective candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and illustrating why AVOMIND is the preferred employer.
- University Recruitment: Assist in campus recruitment initiatives, collaborating with educational institutions and organizing events to draw in fresh talent.
- Talent Evaluation: Play a vital role in identifying and selecting the next wave of talent through resume evaluations and interviews.
- Operational Support: Facilitate the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and overseeing logistical arrangements.
- Recruitment Strategies & Projects: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
