We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, developing rapport, and upselling products to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Take quotation enquiries, generate quotes, and follow up to turn them into orders.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Previous experience in an Internal Sales role within the construction supplies or building materials sector.
- Proven sales skills and experience in selling building materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
