We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales office, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Generate and manage quotations, working closely with customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Proven experience in internal sales roles within the construction supplies or building materials sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
