We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, developing rapport, and upselling products to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue and meet business targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction supplies or building materials sector.
