HR Administrator Role:

As a key member of the HR team at Jago Consultants, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities and central administration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting credit checks and references for new starters, including the company car ordering process.

They will also be required to assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer system (XCD), including holiday, sickness, and data checks.

Additionally, the HR Administrator will be responsible for assisting and helping organize internal employee events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient operation of HR activities and central administration.
  2. Conduct credit checks and references for new starters, including the company car ordering process.
  3. Assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer system (XCD), including holiday, sickness, and data checks.
  4. Assist and help organize internal employee events.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to prioritize and deal with a multiple workload to meet deadlines.
