As a key member of the HR team at Jago Consultants, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities and central administration.
The role involves providing credit checks and references for new starters, including the company car ordering process, as well as assisting with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer system (XCD), including holiday, sickness, and data checks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and helping organize internal employee events, and will be required to prioritize and deal with a multiple workload to meet deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
