Responsibilities:

* Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens
* Compile guest billing and reports for next day and distribute to departments
* Scan all relevant documentation overnight
* Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries
* Understand the layout of the hotel and allocate rooms to guests according to their needs
* Post news papers, hotel service charge on guest accounts
* Cancel or No Show arrivals who have not arrived in the hotel
* Print the daily Reports for all the different departments
