We are looking for an enthusiasticNight Auditortojoin our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off/ shift work 8pm to 8am

Salary: £23.795.20 plus service charge (Up to £28.000 per annum including service charge)

We are looking for someone with previous hotelNight Auditorexperience withexcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Hasa positive attitude towards training and development and enjoysdelivering personalisedoutstanding service to our guest.

As aNight Auditor you will:

  • Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens.
  • Compile guest billing and reports for next day and distribute to departments.
  • Scan all relevant documentation overnight.
  • Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries.
  • Understand the layout of the hotel and allocate rooms to guests according to their needs.
  • Post news papers, hotel service charge on guest accounts.
  • Cancel or No Show arrivals who have not arrived in the hotel.
  • Print the daily Reports for all the different departments.
