Night Auditor Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our team at The Rubens at the Palace Hotel in London, Victoria. This is a full-time position that reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager.
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off / shift work 8pm to 8am
Salary: £ plus service charge (Up to £28,000 per annum including service charge)
About the Role:
- Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens.
- Compile guest billing and reports for next day and distribute to departments.
- Scan all relevant documentation overnight.
- Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries.
- Understand the layout of the hotel and allocate rooms to guests according to their needs.
- Post news papers, hotel service charge on guest accounts.
- Cancel or No Show arrivals who have not arrived in the hotel.
- Print the daily Reports for all the different departments.
