Welcome to the Marketing and Business Development Specialist role at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. As a Marketing and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing business development programs and major client events across various regions for the Fixed Income and Access team. Working closely with the Head of Fixed Income Access and Macro, you will collaborate with relationship management and sales teams to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and have a proven track record in managing business development and branding programs. This role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive strategy and execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of client and prospect events, including logistics and vendor management
  • Conduct post-event analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events
  • Collaborate with sponsor organizations and vendors to ensure successful event execution
  • Build event websites and manage external vendors to ensure a professional online presence
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including financial industry standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including Fixed Income and Access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior-level executives
  • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and development

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance
