We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Assistant. As a key member of our station operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the safe and efficient departure of trains from the station, adhering to strict procedures and protocols.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including schedules, fares, and station facilities.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe station environment, including the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use operational systems and software.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time role, working a variety of shifts including weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including occasional overtime.
