About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage department, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that we maintain our high standards while minimizing waste and excess.
  • Collaborate with our hospitality and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our food and beverage operations remain compliant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or casino environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards in our kitchens and bars.
