Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Account Executive to join our team at Hunterlodge Advertising. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with agency colleagues to develop campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Own and manage status reports and contact reports.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation.
- Media:
- Implementation: Coordinate and execute media plans across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast.
- Optimisation: Liaise with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise media campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analysis: Review media performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Creative and Content:
- Development: Support creative teams in developing compelling content and creative assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordination: Manage the production of creative materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management or similar role within an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Positive management of, and learning from, mistakes.
