About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Account Executive to join our team at Hunterlodge Advertising. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Work closely with internal teams to devise and implement marketing strategies that meet client objectives and budget.
    • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations, ensuring clear communication and effective project management.
    • Own and manage client status reports and contact reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and exceptional service, resulting in long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
    • Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
    • Support on pitches and new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to win new clients and grow the agency's portfolio.
  • Media and Creative:
    • Coordinate and execute media plans across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Liaise with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise media campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
    • Review media performance data and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Support the creative team in developing compelling content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Requirements and Characteristics:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management or similar role within an advertising agency.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Highly organised with strong project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
