Concerned Other Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concerned Other Worker to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support to individuals affected by someone else's substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities- Brief interventions and assessments to identify individual needs and risks
- Providing a structured programme of individual support and onward referral
- Exit planning and coordination with relevant services
- Effective communication and listening skills to provide information and practical/emotional support
To be considered for this role, you will need 2 years' full-time experience of working within social and/or healthcare settings, managing a caseload. A good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice is desirable.
