Facilities Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of facility management and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Assist the facilities team with the control of contractors, ensuring they are signed in and out correctly and adhering to site policies and rules.
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the building as required.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure are key requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
