Full Time / 40 Hours

We are seeking an Operations Administrative Coordinator who is proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all essential tasks are executed efficiently and accurately while embodying our commitment to Quality, Care, and Excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team, facilitating the smooth operation of daily administrative, operational, and financial activities.

2. Assist with Human Resources functions, including the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new personnel.

3. Manage payroll processes, month-end reporting, and track additional hours, as well as monitor sickness and absence records.

4. Demonstrate prior experience in an administrative or office environment.

5. Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs & Drive.

6. Cultivate strong relationships with staff, subcontractors, and corporate headquarters.
