About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team at OneStream Software. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our external customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles to support customer self-service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and new features to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or IT industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Windows, SQL, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices and principles.
