We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packing Assistant to join our team at Your World Recruitment Ltd. As a Packing Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our patients' medications and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning out orders and preparing them for pickup
  • Maintaining the organization of the storage and scan out stations
  • Ensuring trash is removed and boxes are broken down daily
  • May be asked to go to the Post Office and/or Fedex if needed
  • Maintaining shipping inventory: Bags, and bins
  • Logging when pick-up and deliveries arrive
  • Unloading and unboxing pharmacy supplies

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work quickly
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills, within your team and collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong work ethic

About the Role:

Packing Assistants are responsible for the final packaging of orders. Once packaged, they are in charge of scanning out all items and preparing them for pickup. This team is a critical part of our operation, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
