Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to architect, develop, and implement testing methodologies that validate software functionality, performance, and user experience. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to identify and rectify defects while continuously enhancing testing practices to guarantee software quality and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute detailed test plans and strategies to assess software functionality and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and run automated test scripts utilizing testing frameworks and tools to enable early identification of defects and quality concerns.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, partake in design discussions, and assist in establishing acceptance criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software under evaluation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects, collaborating closely with developers to provide thorough insights and facilitate defect resolution.
  • Work alongside peers, participate in code evaluations, and advocate for a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Remain updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization's technology communities to nurture a culture of technical excellence and growth.
