Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary goal of this position is to architect, develop, and implement testing methodologies that validate software functionality, performance, and user experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and rectify defects while enhancing testing processes and practices to guarantee software quality and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute detailed test plans and strategies to ensure software functionality meets established quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and run automated test scripts using various testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early identification of defects and quality concerns.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to review requirements, participate in design discussions, and assist in the formulation of acceptance criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software under evaluation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for detected defects, collaborating closely with developers to provide thorough insights and support for defect resolution.
  • Work alongside peers, participate in code evaluations, and advocate for a culture of code quality and knowledge exchange.
  • Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization's technology communities to promote a culture of technical excellence and advancement.
