Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to architect, develop, and implement testing frameworks that validate software functionality, performance, and user satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to pinpoint and rectify issues while consistently enhancing testing methodologies to guarantee software integrity and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute detailed test plans and strategies to assess software functionality and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and run automated testing scripts, utilizing various testing frameworks and tools to enable early identification of defects and quality concerns.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements, take part in design discussions, and assist in defining acceptance criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software under evaluation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for detected defects, collaborating closely with developers to provide thorough insights and facilitate defect resolution.
  • Work alongside peers, participate in code assessments, and advocate for a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization's technology communities to nurture a culture of technical excellence and growth.

  • Guide and persuade team members while communicating complex or sensitive information.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, building a network of contacts beyond the team and the organization.
