Job Summary

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase ledger process and providing administrative support to the projects team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in purchase ledger management and be able to work effectively within a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs to suppliers.
  • Manage the purchase ledger inbox and deal with any queries.
  • Approve payments and ensure all ledgers are up to date and cleared for each monthly payment run.
  • Review supplier accounts and ensure all ledgers are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with month-end tasks and ensure all financial deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in purchase ledger management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team.
