**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the end-to-end process of security vetting for BDP and their sub-contractors, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff and contractors, responding to security-related enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Accurately update security spreadsheets and maintain accurate records of security clearances.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient security vetting process.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage security-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the Security Vetting team to ensure the security process is managed effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or administration office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with good keyboard skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and quality while meeting deadlines.
