About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical projects and drive product development. You'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, collaborating with Product Management and Client Services, and contributing to product strategy. Your expertise in cloud native environments, modern technology stacks, and technical leadership will be invaluable in shaping our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex technical projects to deliver on our product roadmap
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Client Services to define and deliver product features
  • Contribute to product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and grow your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering management of product-aligned teams
  • Experience working in cloud native environments, using modern technology stacks
  • Technical background to drive technical decisions and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of responsibility and autonomy
