Temporary Assistant Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to cover a temporary role in Farringdon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience working in commercial buildings and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including post room, courier services, and door access systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and report faults to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Work with the building landlord's security and loading bay teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform tasks such as lifting boxes and ordering supplies, with support from the day cleaner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a hard services background.
  • Full UK driving license.
