**Job Summary**

Christopher Keats Media Limited is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our UK Hiring Managers in finding top talent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support primarily focused in the UK, working closely with Hiring Managers to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Contribute to hiring strategies by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and managing full-cycle recruitment for allocated headcount.
  • Develop and post job advertisements, create initial job descriptions, and maintain scorecards within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Audit feedback from interview panels, ensuring completion and quality of the recruitment process.
  • Keep our ATS up-to-date with the latest candidate information and status, supporting workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide objective feedback on the quality and effectiveness of our agency partners, making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay focused and contribute to projects, organizing stakeholders with multiple milestones and managing expectations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, working across differences to find solutions.
  • Partner with other Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to create a dynamic community of practice across all business hiring, focused on data-driven results.
  • Suggest new and better ways of working, implementing solutions to unarticulated needs and market requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a focus on coordination, sourcing, and/or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Strong adaptive communication skills, enabling partnership across different backgrounds and levels.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
