Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Reporting Specialist to join our expanding UK Shareholders Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key client reporting, including regulatory reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of tasks and ensure timely and accurate production of reports for our clients and external parties.
- Liaise with various business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
- Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
- Complete data integrity checks and validation to ensure high data quality and optimize reporting output.
- Identify and implement changes to improve service quality and process efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external customers on a wide range of issues, concerns, and requests for information or advice.
Requirements
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to use Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage own time and assist the team with work priorities.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate using plain-English and non-technical terms.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical questioning mind to identify process improvements.
