About the Role:

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to join the team at Hartpury University. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and deliver high-quality hospitality services across a diverse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
  • Set up buffets or other dining areas, clean and sanitize dining tables, crockery, and cutlery.
  • Till work, serving customers, including cashing up, and participating in trade shows to promote the company's catering services.
  • Receive and unload deliveries, manage buffet stations, and refill empty chafing dishes as required.
  • Pack up all catering equipment, dishes, and leftover food after events have concluded, and support in monthly stock takes.
  • Support in the kitchen when needed for basic food preparation and preparation of any other public-facing areas as required.
  • Carry out regular team briefs and safety briefs as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory/team leader experience is desirable.
  • A confident team leader and an excellent team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A DBS check will be required for this role.
