About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team at Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a major global account and managing a team of nine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead point of contact for a major global account, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project manage campaigns from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Drive account growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Troubleshoot and identify problems, implementing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead on client-facing meetings and updates, effectively communicating project progress and results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the health & pharma target audience, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Support new business pitching efforts, leveraging your expertise to secure new clients and revenue streams.
  • Oversee the strategy and direction of the account, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and develop the team, inspiring, motivating, and driving performance to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with health and pharmaceuticals accounts (not consumer).
  • Proactive attitude and ambition, with a strong desire to drive business growth and success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the client's business, with participation in long-term business planning.
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £95,000 - £105,000.
