Children's Residential Care Worker

Nurtured Future Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team in Bloxwich, Walsall. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stable, and caring environment for children and young people aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, and crisis in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish positive relationships with children and young people, meeting their individual needs and promoting their well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Contribute to a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the protection and safety of all children and young people in our care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, articulating the needs and progress of our residents.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in a children's residential setting.
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent.
