About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the delivery service team at Dreams Ltd. as a Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in serving our customers, ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive one of our 3.5-tonne vans and work alongside an assistant to fulfill our high-quality home delivery service.
  • Act as a professional representation of the Dreams Ltd. brand at every touchpoint during delivery.
  • Be hands-on in this physical role, lifting and moving items such as mattresses and sofa beds, alongside your driver assistant.
  • Build a range of bedroom furniture in our customers' homes, developing a strong rapport with them.
  • Provide an exceptional service to each and every customer, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous 3.5T van driving experience is a must, and knowledge of home delivery services is a plus

  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues
