We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Aspion. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships with new clients, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage your portfolio of clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with new clients to close business deals.
  • Obtain outbound calls to generate new accounts.
  • Undertake rotations around the business to ensure you understand all aspects of the process.
  • Gain real exposure to the warehouse and build a thorough understanding of the products.
  • Conduct market research to ensure you are knowledgeable about competitors.
  • Create, qualify, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Obtain enquiries from existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate payment terms with existing and potential customers to try to improve the return on investment.
  • Use the pool of non-allocated customers to win and develop business and eventually turn them into regular allocated customers.
  • Identify future tactics to secure or develop the business.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to cold call as well as account management.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Driven attitude.
  • Ability to work to pressurized targets.
