About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for managing the construction of entertainment venues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera, MS Project, or Asana.
