Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Service Care Solutions - Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction project management to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects across various sectors, including housing, education, and local government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, using tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Lead on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for all aspects of service delivery.
  • Prepare contracts for commissions and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Provide Employer's Agent / Contract Administrator services and coordinate with other consultants and contractors as required.
Requirements
  • Degree educated in a relevant field of study.
  • Demonstration of significant commitment to personal professional development.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction-related organization.
