About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee team. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for coffee and customer service
- Train and develop new team members to achieve their full potential
- Drive sales growth and improve store performance through effective leadership and coaching
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the store
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
